Request Deletion of Your Data

At Boost Fitness, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. This page provides clear instructions on how to request deletion of your data from our platform.

What Data Can Be Deleted?

When you request data deletion, we will delete:

Account Information

  • • Profile details and contact information
  • • Login credentials
  • • Account preferences and settings

Content You Created

  • • Websites you built
  • • Uploaded images and files
  • • Ad campaigns and creative content

Connected Accounts

  • • Third-party integrations (Facebook, Google)
  • • OAuth tokens and permissions
  • • Connected platform data

Usage Data

  • • Analytics and activity logs
  • • Usage statistics
  • • Session information

How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data using any of the following methods:

Self-Service via Account Settings (Recommended)

The fastest way to delete your data is through your account settings:

  1. 1.Log into your Boost Fitness account
  2. 2.Navigate to Settings → Privacy & Data
  3. 3.Scroll to the "Delete Account" section
  4. 4.Click "Delete My Account"
  5. 5.Confirm your decision and verify your identity

Note: You'll be asked to confirm this action to prevent accidental deletion. Once confirmed, your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Email Request

Send a data deletion request via email:

Send to: privacy@boostfitness.io

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Include in your email:

  • • Your full name
  • • Email address associated with your account
  • • A clear statement that you want your data deleted
  • • Any additional account identifiers (username, business name)

We will respond to your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

Contact Form

Use our online contact form to submit a data deletion request:

  1. 1.Visit boostfitness.com/contact
  2. 2.Select "Data Privacy Request" from the dropdown
  3. 3.Fill in your contact information
  4. 4.Describe your data deletion request in the message field
  5. 5.Submit the form

What Happens After You Request Deletion?

Confirmation (Within 5 business days)

We'll send you an email confirming receipt of your deletion request and verify your identity to ensure the security of your account.

Processing (Within 30 days)

We will permanently delete your personal data from our active systems. This includes all account information, content, and usage data.

Final Confirmation

Once deletion is complete, we'll send you a final confirmation email. After this, you will no longer be able to access your account or recover your data.

Important Information

This Action is Permanent

Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered. Make sure to download any important information before requesting deletion. We recommend exporting your data first using the "Export Data" feature in your account settings.

Limited Data Retention

Some information may be retained for legitimate business purposes or legal requirements:

  • Transaction records: Financial and billing information required for tax and accounting purposes (typically 7 years)
  • Legal obligations: Data we're required to retain by law, regulation, or court order
  • Security logs: Basic security and fraud prevention logs (anonymized where possible)
  • Backup systems: Data in backup systems will be deleted during our regular backup rotation (90 days maximum)

Connected Third-Party Platforms

Deleting your Boost Fitness account will revoke our access to your connected platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads), but it will not delete your accounts on those platforms. To delete data from third-party platforms:

  • Facebook/Instagram: Visit Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → Boost Fitness → Remove
  • Google: Visit Google Account → Security → Third-party apps → Boost Fitness → Remove Access

For Users Who Connected via Facebook

If you connected to Boost Fitness using your Facebook account and want to remove the connection, you can do so by visiting your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites, finding Boost Fitness, and clicking "Remove". This will revoke our access to your Facebook data. To completely delete your Boost Fitness account and all associated data, please follow the instructions above.
